TOEFL
It is a trademark of (ETS) Educational Testing Service, which is a non-profit organization that designs and conducts tests for the non-native speakers of English. The scores are sent independently to institutions by the ETS and valid for 2 years. Many candidates know this as Test of English as a Foreign Language.
ETS and the College Board jointly anticipated for the continuation for TOEFL exams in 1956. The iBT TOEFL has replaced the paper based test likewise computer based test since 2005.
The concept of this TOEFL was brought out and developed under the direction of Professor Dr. Charles A. Ferguson at Stanford University in USA.
TOEFL was first administered by the Modern Language Association and supported by Ford Foundation and Danforth Foundation in 1964.

TOEFL iBT SCORE
TOEFL iBT score is reported on a scale of 0 -120 points. Each four sections (Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing) receives a scaling score which begins from 0 to 30. It takes total 203 minutes to finish whole exam.
